Continuing Education (CE) Course Approval

Continuing Education (CE) Course Approval Number 

All qualified educators, organizations, and institutions can submit educational courses for review and approval to receive a NCCAP CE Approval Number. The CE Approval Number is good for one year from the date of issuance. All educational courses must relate to specific topics in the NCCAP Body of Knowledge.

NCCAP does not review or approve any courses that certify, credentials, licenses, or accredits an individual.  Submissions of courses that fall under those categories will automatically withdrawn minus a processing fee. 

The fees for new courses are based on clock hours listed below:

1. 1 - 6 clock hours: $55
2. 6.1 - 12 clock hours: $75
3. 12.1 - 18 clock hours: $95
4. 18.1 - 24 clock hours: $115
5. 24.5 clock hours or more: $150 
   **Any Educational courses that are submitted less than 30 days of the course date are subjected to a $55 Fast Track Fee.**

Renewal CE Course Fee are based on the clock hours listed below:

1. 1 - 6 clock hours: $40
2. 6.1 - 12 clock hours: $45
3. 12.1 - 18 clock hours: $50
4. 18.1 - 24 clock hours: $55
5. 24.5 clock hours or more: $60
