- Do I have to have experience to obtain my ADC certification if I have taken MEPAP 1 & MEPAP 2 or the Standardized ADC Course? No, we no longer require experience. The only exception is if you are applying for certification through the Experiential Track.
- Do I have to provide my CE's when I renew? No, you will only submit your CE's if you are audited.
- Can I use my company email for my profile communications? NCCAP does not recommend using a company email as often times they bounce. NCCAP charges an admin fee of $15 to change any email that was listed as a company email.
- I did not receive my renewal email what should I do? You will need to email [email protected] for them to assist you.
- I receive text messages from NCCAP, are they legit? Yes, NCCAP uses a texting feature to send out mass text messages to professionals regarding their graced or lapsed status in an effort to remind professionals to renew.
- Am I able to take my national exam from a tablet, chromebook, cellphone, work or library computer? No, you must use a working laptop that has a windows operating system that will allow you to download the "exe" file from Proctor Free. Your computer must have a working camera and also a working microphone.
- I have registered for a Standardized Class, how long does it take for me to receive my coursebook? If you paid in full or selected a payment plan, your coursebook should be mailed out the following Friday and it takes 7-10 business days to arrive. If you elected to send a check, your book will not be issued until the check has been received.
- I have take my national exam, how long does it take to get the results? You will be notified via email if you have failed the exam and the exam grade within 7-10 business days of taking the exam. If you passed the national exam you will receive your certification within 7-10 business days of NCCAP receive the exam results.
